Send a WhatsApp message to our number with the format: REG [Full Name] [Email] [Username]. For example: REG John Doe john@email.com johndoe. You'll receive your wallet details and login credentials instantly.
When PIN is ON, every purchase made via WhatsApp requires you to enter your transaction PIN. When PIN is OFF, purchases are processed without requiring PIN confirmation. We recommend keeping PIN ON for security when you're not actively using the service.
For your own phone number, transactions are always PIN-free because you're already authenticated via WhatsApp. PIN is only required for purchases made on behalf of others (third-party numbers).
Your Bilscore wallet is a dedicated virtual account. Transfer any amount via bank transfer or USSD and it will be credited to your wallet instantly. Type BALANCE to see your account number and bank name.
If a transaction fails after your wallet was debited, a refund is processed automatically to your wallet within minutes. You'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation. If it doesn't arrive, contact support.
